Challenge

For over 15 years, the founder of The Sales Studios provided in-person sales training. While effective, these sessions lacked scalability, and account managers only received personalised feedback during the training. Attending or replaying sales conversations during work was both time-consuming and expensive. The Sales Studios needed a state-of-the-art solution to provide fast, cost-efficient, and personalised coaching to all account managers.
