1. Introduction

Welcome to TwinAI B.V. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by TwinAI B.V. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered under the laws of the Netherlands. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

TwinAI offers AI-powered workflow automation, data processing, AI model training, and related solutions via our Site.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Use the Site lawfully and per these Terms.
• Provide accurate and current registration information and update it as needed.
• Keep your password confidential and accept responsibility for all account activity.
• Refrain from prohibited activities.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site, its content, and marks are owned by or licensed to TwinAI and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and use the Site. Other uses require our prior written consent.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law (excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods). Disputes will be resolved by Dutch courts.
