Overview

Understanding student preferences is critical for universities when improving campus facilities, but traditional survey methods often fall short. Multiple-choice questions limit responses, while open-ended responses provide richer, more emotional feedback but are time-consuming to process manually.

ConsumerView, a strategic marketing agency specializing in consumer insights, helps universities gather and analyze feedback on campus facilities as restaurants, espresso bars, cafés and grab & go kiosks. However, without an unbiased and efficient way to categorize thousands of open-ended responses, universities struggled to extract additional meaningful insights.
